Return Period

You have 30 days to return any items without needing to provide reasons. The deadline is calculated from the date on which the buyer, or a third person nominated by the buyer, takes possession of the goods.

If 30 days have passed since you’ve received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, never worn or used, and undamaged.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

How to make a return ?

  1. Contact our customer service at support@rainbow-stone-apparel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and whether you want an exchange or a refund.
  2. Our customer service will provide you with a return number and the postal address for returning the item.
  3. Carefully package the item for return.
  4. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service, using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe receipt.
  5. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. If your return is approved, we will immediately process the exchange or refund to your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days.

If you choose an exchange, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new order. We hope to grow enough one day to cover all these costs for you!

If you choose a refund, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the amount paid for the returned items will be refunded.
