Shipping fees:

– Free for all orders over €89.00

– Otherwise, a flat fee of €5.00 per order 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of your package and know its estimated delivery date.

From which country do we ship orders ?

All our orders to Europe are primarily shipped from Latvia or Spain. Other orders may also be shipped from the United States.

Import duties, taxes, and additional charges outside the EU

Please note that items shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order or included in the cost of shipping. These fees are not covered or reimbursed by Rainbow Stone.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address, as Rainbow Stone does not have any influence on such costs. If a customer refuses the import duties, taxes and/or charges on their package, Rainbow Stone is not liable for the package, and it will be disposed by the courier service. Please note that refunds will not be provided by Rainbow Stone for any refused shipment.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
